Are my doughnuts made fresh?
Yes we make fresh doughnuts throughout the day, starting in the early hours of the morning.
Can I have my doughnuts shipped outside of Calgary?
Sorry, at this time we are delivering city wide but are not yet shipping outside of Calgary.
Do I need to order my doughnuts in advance?
Absolutely not. We make fresh doughnuts throughout the day. Please call ahead if you have a larger order to ensure that we can fill it.
Do I need to pre-pay?
No you do not. However, if you do pre-pay your doughnuts will be ready to go as soon as you arrive.
Do you accept call-ahead orders for same day pick up?
Please call us and we will try to accommodate you. To guarantee your order please place your order the day before.
How do I store my doughnuts?
We recommend that you store them at room temperature. Jelly’s doughnuts are best consumed within 24 hours, as we do not use any preservatives.

May I order a flavour of doughnuts that is not available on a particular day?

May I receive my doughnuts at any time of day?
We can usually accomodate an order for delivery between 6:30-5:00pm. If you need your doughnuts outside these delivery times, please call us and we will try to accomodate you.
What if I need my doughnuts before 7:00am or after closing?
Call us and we will try to accommodate you; our bakers love the early morning. We can usually accomodate you up to 30 minutes after closing for pick ups.
