Reducing our carbon footprint is a priority we set in our business model. We promote choices in our daily production that are environmentally responsible — eco-friendly utensils, packaging that is made from recycled material and is recyclable after use, fresh local produce that is organic whenever possible. Another example is the use of bamboo, a renewable resource used in our café counters and shelves. We make our doughnuts fresh every day — what we don’t sell we donate locally.
